Doug Whitney

Doug Whitney has been on city council for 14 years. He says he is running for council so that he can put back what he has enjoyed of the city, allowing others to have the same opportunities he did growing up. He says he’s been a hard working, honest councillor who’s tied to do right for the citizens of Quinte West. If re-elected he plans to continue his previous work on council.
